That’s why in ekadash skandha Shri Prabhu says to Udhhav- He Udhhav! Moko yog vash nahi kare hai, nahi sankhya, dharma, nahi swadyaya, tap, tyag, nahi ishtapurti, dakshina, vrat, yagna, ved, tirth, niyam aur nahi yam, jaise sarva sangko mitaivevaro satsang moko vash kare hai.

I think satsang in necessary for everybody. Ghani waar ghar ma badhaj bussy rahe che to koi na paase time nathi rahato ke badha sathe besiye aane wato kariye. weekends ma genarally badha bahar jaaye ka to kaayi biju kaam kare.

Etale roj saanje badha saathe besi ne bhagwan nu naam le etale satsang kare ane saanj no time to bhagwan nu naam le to saaru. and naam lida pachi badha sathe wat bhi karaye ane badha sathe rahewaye bhi.

Etale satsang to jarurich che. ane satsang karine dar eke apana apana vicharo bolase. ane tene pan eke chance malase badha vache bolwano ane apana vicharo ne saamne laawano.

I this is necessity and its nit a timepass.

What you say is absolutely True.

SATSANG IS NOT A TIMEPASS, BUT AN ABSOLUTE NECESSAITY FOR EVERY VAISHNAV, AND HE/SHE OUGHT TO INDULGE IN IT ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS.

Also while there are many types of Satsang, 5 of them form the main forms the satsang. Can anyone say which are these five ?

sevayam va kathayam va yasya shakti dhrada bhavet

yavaj jeevam tasya nasho naa kadapati matir mamah

satsang is secondary to seva and as a kriya

and ut most necessaity for the growth of soul in pushti shrusti

satsang should have fixed schedule  followed by dicipline

but using some or all the spare  time for satsang  is even better

a soul who performs seva and my katha is never destroyed is the view of shri vallabh ( destroyed  = dragged in depths of mithya samsar)

chaitanya once said to maha prabhu vallabh  that in this kali yuga a moment of hari naam smaran librates the soul

acharya shri replied as per my  view kali is so strong that moment we are away from lord on mental  or physical plain samsar will make you a bahirmukh
