Following a request from a vaishnav, I would like to try and translate the above in english with some thoughts from my limited understanding.

We would be grateful for further clarifications and corrections.

Harijan Sang Chinak jo hoi
-- If one obtains the sang (company) of Hari's jan
(Bhagvadiyas/devotees of Hari) even for a moment (Chinak)

Koti Swarg Sukh,
Even if one gets countless amount of sukh in swarg (heavens)

Koti Mukti Sukh ta sam lahe na koi
or countless sukh equal to that which one obtains in getting mukti
there is no comparison to the above (to the benefit one obtains by
getting the companay of Harijans/bhagvadiya vaishnavs - example._ the
84/252 vaishnavs)

Pure bhagya punya sanchit fal krishna kripa vahe ja ke

Total Krishna kripa with bhagya (good fortune, etc) with the fruits of
all good deeds is bestowed upon them (who keep gets the company of
harijan)

'Surdas' harijan padmahima kahet Bhagvat.

Surdas (surdasji) is singing the glories of the feet of those harijans
(as is mentioned in the bhagvat).
