Regret late reply yes I made a mistake and I thank very much to Dattubhai and Shreekantbhai for informing the same to me.
Yes their are two lilas in chapter 10 discourse 7
The answer given by me is of the demon in the cart and not Trnavarta.
Once again I apologise for the mistake and also happy to clear my doubt.

Already explained by Dattubhai
Demon Tranavart in his previous birth He was a king of Pandu desh and he was taking bath in River Narmada at that time Rushi Durvasha were passing from that place.King did not bow down ( (Namashakar) so Rushi became angry and cursed him to turn Demon.After long request Durvasa Rushi blessed him that you will be relieved from demon with touch of Lord Shri Krishna.
As a demon Tranavrat came to Gokul to kill lord Krishna he was in the form of air storm.Before Demon comes Krishna made a lila by increasing own weight like Girirajji so it was difficult for demon to go high in air,Krishna by holding demon's throat so tight that demon could not breath and died.
