Jai Shree KrishnaI had this question popping from a friend, as to what Pushti Vaishnavs think about 1) Were at any point in time were the Jivs in the spiritual world? Of from time eternal we were in the material world and forgetfull of our identity as Krishna Das? Hope it makes sense. thanks Manish

Were we able in Golok Vrindavan, spiritual world at any time?
Or ever we were in the material world and we were in maya all the time?
To break it down even more, In Bhaagwad Gita Krishna says that once to enter my abode you do not come back? So were there at any point in time?

It is really an intelligent question. We can take reference of Shree Mahaprabhuji's granth Pushti-Pravah-Maryada-Bhed. Therein, Shree Mahaprabhuji says that the Pravahi srushti was created from Shree Thakurji's mind, Maryada souls from His speech and Pushti souls from His Shree Ang (body). This is the characteristics. Then in Mangalacharan, shree Mahaprabhuji offers (and asks us to offer) the obeisances to Shree Thakurji through the following verse
Namo bhagavate tasmey, Krushnay adbhut karmane |
Naam-roop vibheden jagat kridati yo yatah ||
Which says that Shree Krushna creates the whole cosmic manifestation and plays by various forms and names for his joy. Pushti souls are the blessed ones who associate with Shree Thakurji in Golok Dham where his Nitya lila goes on and also on the Bhutal. Elsewhere it is also mentioned that Pushti souls while serving Shree Thakurji and swaminiji committed some offences due to which they have to fall down to Bhutal. But again due to His Pushti (Krupa, divine grace), Shree Thakurji also descended along with his lila associates to elevate them!
The maryada souls seeking knowledge achieve moksh whereby they merge in the Aksharbrahm and do not come back in the way Pushti souls come back. I think they remain in that position till complete annihilation and again manifest through different parts of Brahm at the time of creation again.
I hope this helps, but better explanation are welcome.

Thanks for the help Dharmendra,
so just to clarify and understand in correctly,
1) there are two different souls from time of creation Maryada souls and Pushti souls first point of clarification.
2) the pushti souls were at sometime in the Golok Vrindavan, serving Shree Thakurji and Swaminiji. But they have fallen down ?
3) Not that they want to go back, the pushti souls if they enter the spiritual world do not come back right?
4) What about maryada souls, if they attain liberation on moksha, do they every come back?
