Apno marg to seva no marg che,ane pusti purshotam ni seva hoy, to govardhan pooja shaa mate keheva??

Aa uprant biji kai pooja apna marg ma che te please batav so.

Jai Shree Krishna Govardhan/Shree Girirajji is alos the swaroopa of Puroshottam. When Govardhan leela was performed, on one hand Thakorji along with all Vrajvasis offered Samagri to Girirajji and also at the same time accepted the offerings be taking the virat form camouflaged as Shree Giriraji - Another classic example of Virudhadhramashray. I suppose this is tradition followed in performing Govardhan Poojan.

Jayshrikrishna, Govardhan puja ae to Shri pushti purushotam ni pushtilila j che. Parantu Shri Mahaprabhuji ae pushtimarg no upadesh kryo tyare, Aapshri ae ae samay najan jivan pramane,sanatan hindu dharma ne anusar seva pranali batavi che. Aapshri ae vaidik & varnashram dharmo swikarya che. this is why pushtimarg ma at times puja is accepted. like Shaligram puja, Tulshi vivah .... this is my understanding , please correct me if i am wrong

jsk to all, As far as i know there is two types of poojans in our dharm.First one is shri govardhan pooja, and second one shri yamunaji nu poojan. Orthere wise we have to do seva of our thakorji,but why the above two. Come on Shreekantbhai,Vasantbhai,or anybody else please.

Jayshrikrishna, as far as my understanding goes during vrajlila Shri Thakorji himself did Go puja & Goverthan puja that is why Shri Mahaprbhuji accepted this 2in pushtimarg & for Shri Yamunaji nu pujan all vaishnav dose this ,but this is not pushtimargiya rit. the pujan is done of Shri Yamunaji's aadhidevik swaroop; Shri Yamunadevi who recides in Yamunaji's jal. in pushtimarg ShriMahaprabhuji only expected Shri Yamunaji's seva: namswarupe by chanting Path or pada's jalswarupe, Rajswarupe or chitraji swarupe
