as you know i have just joined the mndal few dys back, can you guide me how to participate in recent topics? can i post new topics ?

After you are logged in and While you are readiing a particular posting you can add your reply in the Quick Reply Box and click the link to "Post New Reply".(or link to Reply to Topic on top right)
To post/submit a new posting there are many ways: 1) You can either click on the "New Topic" on the top right while reading a posting or 2) go to Satsang menu -> Forum Home and then go to the "New Topic" or 3) go to Satsang menu -> Active topics and then post your posting under one of those 4) from the top left tree menu click on "Discuss all" and then start a "New Topic"
Hope the others will please feel free to make corrections or add further clarifications
