Why do we perform Doodh snan of Shree Girirajji, Shree Yamunaji ????Shree Vallabha dheesh ki jai

Jai Shree Krishna!!!
Doodh symbolizes the devotion , love and affection of Vaishnavs towards Shri Yamunaji and Shri Girirajji.
And Shri Yamunaji and Shri Girirajji are very fond of getting immersed in flow of the devotion, love and affection of Vaishnavs. This is the reason why we do Dugdhabhishek of both the deities.

Am eagarly waiting for your answer....
Also I have another query regarding Abhshek.. Many times I have seen in Haveli that Panchamrut Snan is to Thakorji...
Panchamrut means it have 5 things in it that is Milk, Ghee, Curd, Honey, Sugar... I want to know the purpose for all and wht all symbolises... and how.. ?

WE all know that every element has three forms... Aadhibhautik, Aadhyaatmik and Aadhidaivik.
Similarly Doodh to has its three forms.....
The Aadhibhautik form of Doodh/milk is Milk itself, as we see it and drink it
The Aadhyatmik swaroop of Milk is that of Brahmagyaan roopa and
The Aadhidaivik swaroopa of Milk is that of Bhatkti ras.
Shree Girirajji is himself Haridaasvarya swaroopa and Shree Yamunaji is Bhaktapratipaal swaroopa, hence when we offer snan to them with the aadhidaivik bhaktiras swaroop Doodh, Shree Girirajji and Shree Yamunaji become extremely pleased, and anandmay.
