Jai Jai ShriGokulesh,
For Shaligramji, the swaroop is like as belows.
In shastras the pooja of panch-devs (panchayatan) pooja iss been mentionened which is the Shriangh of ShriGokulesh. Bramans has the adhikaar of seva of ShriShaligramji. But if teh Brahman is Vaishnavadiksha yukta and is having AnanyaBhakti in Shrigokulesh, so if this brahmin performs seva of this panchdevs by differentiating differently then is surely Anyashray, but understand one thing that ShriBhagwn has taken incarnation in swaroop of ShriShaligramji. now this Shaligramji comes from 5 alphabets. SA+LI+G+R+M
Sa means Shivji, LI means Lakshmiji (Shakti-Devi), G means Ganpatiji, R means Ravi (surya-sun) and M means Madhav (vishnu) means Shaligramji. So the poojan of ShriShaligramji means the Poojan of the Panchayatan-panchdev. If we recall the prasang ShriMahaprabhuji's father-in-law used to do Panchayatan Seva and in that Madhav was ShriGokulnathji, which shrimahaprabhuji had kept in the Seva. But for other 4 Devs ShriShivji, ShriDevi, Shriganpatiji, ShriSurya, aapshri kept in shrigangaji. This was the panchayatan pooja of ShriMahaprabhuji's Father-in-Law.
Moreover in the Vaarta prasang of Vasudevdas Chakda, when he carried the Bhet for ShriGusaiji from Vaishnavas of Sihnand the gold coins, He made a swaroop of Shaligramji made from sand in which he kept the Sona Muhurs(gold coins) and came to shrimad gokul and then broke the shaligramji to offer Bhet to ShriGusaji. And at this time ShriGusaiji scolded that never use such swaroop either shrishaligramji for such purpose, as it is a bhagwad swaroop.

Jai Shree Krishna
The seva of Saligramji is to be performed only by Gents or Woman who do not go through the mentrual cycle. Shree Saligramji is swayambu swaroop and does not need any kind of pushtification or Parthishta to perform seva.
The Difference between Shree Saligramji and Shree Girirajji is that Shree Saligramji as mentioned above is swayambu and also the swaroopa is accepted and worshipped by the entire Vaishnav sampraday and the followers of Sanatan Dharma.
Where as the worship of Shree Girirrajji in Gruha seva is a practice followed only by Pushtimargiya Vaishnavs. Shree Girirajji like other swaroopas need to be Pushtified by Vallabhkul, before being taken into seva. Furhter, to a Pushtimargiya Vaishnav, there is no difference between Swaroopa of Shree Thakorji or that of Shree Girirajji. They are both one ant the same. There are no restrictions as to who can perform seva of Shree Girirajji.

Jsk, Thanks Gopalbhai n Shreekantbhai for the replies to my query. Actually I'd one relative whose family is Ramsanai and follows Shri Shaligramji's seva since 2-3 generations.
I don't the reason but somehow the Shaigramji at their place was 'khandit' in two parts and Shankha and Chakra appeared on it's both innerside then it was kept in Tulsi Vrindavan of their house. The elders of their family said that it was because there was some mistake by younger generartion in seva and they don't follow the 'sola' properly. That's why this query came to my mind.
JSK, Thanks n Regards
Monica.
