What is difference between Utsav and manorath?

During Manoraths, we express our desire towards Shree Thakorji.

Utsavs are ACTIONS part of PALNNING or IMAGINATION with BOUNDRIES which is Manoraths.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

What I understand is:

UTSAV ==> Example: Today surprisingly My P.P. Gurucharan's lotus feet arraved at my home and my heart was full of joy and I celebrated the day with Aloukik glory... When your heart is ( Starv) full of joy, love and you celebrate that moment is UTSAV ( It is very difficult to express in ANGRAGI- English)

MANORATH ==> I had a wish and I have requested my P.P. Shri Gurucharan to have aapshri's lotus feet to our home. And P.P Shri Gurucharan accepted and full-fill my wish ( My man no arrath - Manorath). I celebrated that mangal deen as my manorath.
