Dear Vaishnavs,
Sanyog as the word means is to come in contact, this happens when we are doing the seva of our thakorji and we get the sparsh of our thakorji.
Viprayog as the word means is not to be in contact, this is when thakorji is in anosar and we are not doing the seva.
Please feel free to comment on this.

Jai Shree Krishna
Hemal bhai, welcome to the Pushtikul satsang hall. Well, the following is the meaning, to the best of my understanding....
Viprayog and Sanyog are the two states in which a Vaishnav is in, One is either experiencing Sanyog or Viprayaog.
Sanyog is when we are in Seva, when we are having darshan of Shree Thakorji, essentially those moments spent in front of Thakorji is know as Sanyog. The Gopis of Vraj, when in company of Shree krishnachandra Anandnand, expereinced Sanyog ras.
Viprayog, are those moments when we are in anosar, not performing the actual seva, when we are unable to do darshan of Shree Thakorji. Those moments devoid of his direct devine grace are know as Viprayog. Essentially moments when we are away from Prabhu. The Gopis of vraj experienced viproyog ras, longing for Shree Krishna when not in his company.
While in Sanyog, we should alert in offering our service to Shree thakorji, when in Viprayog, we should devolop deep desire to have darshan of Shree Thakorji, such a desire leads to taap of Viraha from shree Thkorji and it is this taap that eventually leads to realisation of Purna Purushottamprabhu, the Yashodatsanglalit Shree Krishna.

Jai Shree Krushna,
Sanyog as has been rightly explained before is a state when we are having darshan of Shree Thakorji. Shree Hariraiji has explained two swaroops of Shree Thakorji for the state of sanyog.
1) Sanyog Dharma swaroop
2) Sanyog Dharmi swaroop
First is the swaroop of which we do seva at our home and when that swaroop gives pratyaksha darshan or swanubhav it becomes sanyog dharmi swaroop.
Similarly, he has explained two swaroops of Shree Thakoji for the state of Viprayog.
1) Viprayog Dharma swaroop
2) Viprayog Dharmi swaroop
When our thakorji shows swanubhav, it wont be longlasting. Shree Thakorji will disappear after giving swanubhav. At that time, because we have seen pratyaksha leela of Shree Thakorji we wont be able to bear the virah. When this virah will become unbearable, Shree Thakorji will get pragat in our heart. This swaroop is called Viprayog Dharma Swaroop.
When this swaroop gives anubhav of all his leelas at one time in our heart, it is called Viprayog Dharmi Swaroop.
Viprayog is 'Phal Avastha'. It is param phal of pushtimarg. Virah is 'Sadhan Avastha'. When virah becomes unbearable and reaches an optimum level, it becomes Viprayog.

U are absolutely right..
I just wanted to add something to this
The virahtap(agni) that arises from the anosar (viprayog) is the topmost achievement(fal) in pushtimarg, with which u can have darshan of shri thakorji...
but in this kalyug it's tooo difficult to have such tap when there is so much of dusang around....

Jai Shree Krishna
Very true Hemal ji.
However, the wonderful Gruha seva pratishtaan given to us by Mahaprabhuji, very well ensures that inspite of all the dusang, all the unwanted encroachemnts in our life today, over and above all these, sparks of this Virahaagni flyout even today in many Vaishnavs (almost all) amongst us. Furhter, how we nuture this spark and let it range as fire in ourselves, is left upon us.
In some, the Pram Bhagvadiya jans it rages into fire.
In some the fire kindles itself into light repeatedly reminding us of our duties,
And in others, the spark gets vanquished by the blowing breeze of worldy distractions.
Such is the Greatness of Bhgawad seva, that inspite of all kinds of innumerable distractions, more than 500 hundred years past, with the belssing and nurturing of our beloved Vallabhkul, The Siddhant of Pushtimarg are still as vibrant as ever.
