YOUR QUESTION "BHAV BHAVAN" HAS SPECIFIC MEANING.
WHEN WE ARE DOING SEVA OF OTHER GOD CONSIDERING HIM AS THE PARTICULAR ANG(PART OF BODY)OF SHRI THAKURJI.IT IS CALLED BHAV BHAVAN.BY CONSIDERING SHRI THAKURJI WE ARE NOT DOING ANYASHRAY.PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG.
BHAV BEHIND CHIBUK IS THAT IT REPRESENTS SHRI CHANDRAVALIJI.

it has still a very deep meaning that of why is chibuk being offered him on the chin of thakorji....
