How many times adhivasan to be done in haveli in one year? and When

Why adhivasan?
Adhivasan is done with the intention that the item that will be offered to shreeji becomes suitable to shreeji and becomes mangal. Here the item is considered to be daivi and puja is done of item.While doing adhivasan the shlok
"Tadangatven Adhivasanmah Karisye" and after that pujan with Akshat, flowers and bhog deepa arti is done to item. We do the pujan of the item with the intention that since now this item is going to be used in Raaslila of shreeiji, that this item must not become obstacle in the lila.
How many adhvasans in a year in haveli?
Total 6 times in Nathdwara (Pratham peeth)
Total 7 times in Anya ghar
1. Vasant
2. Dol
3. Jyethabhisek Jal
4. Akshay
5. Hindola
6. Pavitrarakhi
7. Rath (in anya ghar not in pradhan peeth)
Also, adhivasn is done to every new item that is first time to shreeji. For e.g. when shreeji first time sits on Naav, then adhivasan is done only once.

Adhivasan saat vakhat thay che. adhivasan ma chandan ane pila chokha(yellow rice) mukhya che. chandan dwara shakti swaroope swaminiji tema pravesh kare che ane yellow rice yogmaya rupte kumarika sakhijan che.aa bhav thi rath, hindola, dol, pavitra vagere ne chandan lagadi akshat thi vadhavi ne mantrochchar thay che.
Aa pramane bhavatmak adhidaivik swaroopatmak rath hindola darsan shriswaminiji ane kumarika yogmaya ni krupa vagar jiv ne thata nathi.

adhivasan is also done on the occassion of panchamrut snan on the 4 janam utsavs..
twice on janmashtami,1st during thakurjis panchamrut snan in the morning & 2nd during shaligramji's snan in the night.
it is also done before panchamrut snan on vaman jayanti,ram naumi,& narsingh jayanti.

Also Adhivasan is done before manoraths like Annkoot, 56bhog .....
Do vaishnavas do Adhivasan at home too... ?

yes,vaishnavas also do adhivasan at home.
the entire vidhi & mantra for adhivasan for all utsavs is given in SEVAPRAKASH.
