Jai Shri Krishna,
Here is the basic understanding. In this context Shreeji is Laxmiji/Maha Laxmiji and Thakorji's devotee who is always doing Thakorji's paad-seva (serving His lotus feet)?
So looking from that perspective, there shouldn't be any doubt regarding the pooja. This would also help one focus our mind on Thakorji.
Although, generally the pooja is done with the thought in mind that those doing the pooja should never suffer lack of money and always have wealth/Laxmiji in their house. In Pushti maarg i believe we can still do the pooja with the other bhaav and not necessarily desire wealth, but certainly desire Laxmiji to keep directing us in our spiritual progress towards attaining Thakorji.
Here are the lyrics. If there are any shortcomings they are purely mine, so please feel free to correct them
Mara ghat ma birajta
Srinathji Yahmunaji Mahaprabhuji
Maru mandu chhe gokul vanara van
mara tan na aanganiya ma tulsi na van
mara praan jivan - mara ghat ma
Mara aatam na aangane sri mahaprabhuji
mari aankho dise girdhari re dhari
maru tanman thayu jene vari re re vari
mara shyam murari - mara ghat ma
Mara praan thaki mane vaishnav vhala
nit karta srinathji ne kaala re vaala
mein tau vallabh prabhuji na kidha chhe darshan
maru mohi lidhu man - mara ghat ma

Jagdish bhai, when you say Here is the Basic understanding...... does it mean this how it is to be understood or is this your view point ? Please be kind enough to elaborate. Further as mentioned by Gopal bhai, if this is how it is understood in Pushtimarg, then do mention the reference of the material which says so.

Jai Shri Krishna,
My apologies for not responding earlier.
Shreekantbhai, thank you for raising the query again.
I meant this is my view point and my basic understanding.
This is because in pushtimarg, it is recommended for us to carry on our vedic practices and this is one of the recommended practices.
"According to the sage Bharadwaj this Tantra is simply wonderful and capable of bestowing totality in life..."
Around the Shree Chakra three boundaries are drawn which are symbolic of the three energies. Under it is a sixteen petalled lotus inside which is an eight petalled lotus. In it are fourteen triangles that are symbolic of fourteen energies. In it can be clearly seen ten triangles which denote ten symbols of prosperity.
In it are eight triangles which are symbolic of eight goddesses. In it is a triangle denoting Lakshmi. In this triangle is a spot which symbolises Goddess Bhagwati.
Shree Yantra symbolises a total of 2816 energies or Goddesses and worshipping this Yantra means worshipping all these energies.
- We, in pushtimarg also regard these energies as various energies of Thakorji
I will try and do some research for information on the same in pushtimarg also and revert back.
Best Wishes
Jagdish

Jai Shree Krishna
Well, To the best of my understanding, Pushtimarag, does not recommend worship of Shree Yantra or any other yantra for that matter.

JSK.
I am sorry to intrupt here, but using any such things like Yantra, tantra etc is nothing but ANYASHRAY. Maryada margiya vaishnav may use all this but for Pushti Margiya Vaishnav Shri Thakorji seva, samran and Satsang is the only thing and we can confirm this through 84 vaishnav's varta and 252 vaishnav's varta.
