Only 1 thing, the nirantar (continous) recitation of the Astakshar mantra which is the only powerful kavach (protector) from any of the chakras or any other unwillings........

why would anyone need kavach from sudarshan chakra unless they harm a vaishnav.
When Durvasa had thrown kratya on Raja ambrish in anger the raja just stood still and immediately the sudarshan chakra apperared and destroyed kratya. After this it began following durvasa to kill him as he had tried to harm a vaishnav bhakta.
Durvasa went to Brahma and shivji both of them did not save him finally he goes to Shree Vishnu who tells him that the Sudarshan is not in my control, it protects all my bhakta and as I am bound by my bhakta so is my sudarshan chakra, go to ambrish and ask his forgiveness.
Thus when Durvasa comes to Raja ambrish and asks his forgiveness the sudarshan chakra dissappears.
I hope this clears your doubt.
