Jai Shree Krishna If one where to look at the list carefully, the 10th chowki is at Sinhad, Sinhad later became Nathadwara, with the krupa of ShreeNath prabhuji. And the Elevanth chowki is at Shreeji dwar itself. Hence the 12th chowki came into existence after Shreeji bawa settled at Nathadwara after leaving Vraj. As time passed. The glory and greatness of Shrinathji spread far and wide. And this also brought the evil eye. Nathadwara came under threat, and though saved by teh then king of mevad. It was decided to move out of Nathadwara keeping in mind the safety of Thakorji and the society at large. Bawa moved to Udaipur. The Singhania Army was spreading fast and in a short time they reached the borders of the city of Udaipur. Inspite of the Maharana of Mewad offering many bhets incluidng the queens jewellery to leave Udaipur alone, the Singhanias did not relent. The then Tilkayat Shree Giridharlalji, then decided to shift and this time he chose Ghasiyad, becouse of its uneasy access and nice location. A haveli on the line of Nathadwara was built and Bawa became birajman there. With his presence the land attained great divinity and slowly with time it gained recognition as Nathadwar. However, the only worrying factor was the water there, It was very heavy. Due to this The three Laljis of teh Tilkayat attained leela there. The Tilkayat shree placed the last of the lineage at the sharan of Shreeji bawa, and sought his guidance. With his clear message it was decided to return back and resettle once again at Nathadwara. And Shree thakorji ever since gives darshans to all his shranagatis there. till date.
