In deep meditation aspirants may
See forms like snow or smoke. They may feel
A strong wind blowing or a wave of heat.
They may see within them more and more light:
Fireflies, lightning, sun, or moon. These are signs
That one is far on the path to Brahman.

Very true.
One get such experience in some form or the other that you are heard. Not only things as mentioned above , but can see even lion , ras ,arti in temples and so on. Though such things are to be kept secret but in satsang such notings like experiences of various bhav during darshan and feelings can go a long way. We already find such descriptions in bhajan / vartas etc.
