Navratnam strotra is not that to recite this nine times for removing tensions from daily life. This strotra was developed by Shri Mahaprabhuji, for Bula Mishra, one of the Sevaka of Shri Aacharyaji. This strotra is meant for the "chinta"
coming on the grounds of Bhagwat Seva. Not for the Daily Life

The point is that Shri Bula Mishra was not able to concentrate for seva due to worries which is termed as tension and therefore Shri Mahaprabhuji developed and sent to Shri Mishra and was successfulin overcoming "Chinta" on recitation with is nothing but tension in today's terminology.
The situation is same in everybody life even today and therefore the same is recommended for recitation by Pushti Sampraday and is included in Nitya Path for way out.It has been the experiences by many that it works miracles for overcoming "Chinta" in seva and once the seva is performed with concentration without Chinta , it helps a lot. This is one of medicines , it depends upon oneself whether to win over the cause or use any other alternative medicines.
