If due to limitation of time we are not always able to recite all the "phaats" which are the ones we shud do without fail and has it to be done in front of Shrinathji or can it be done anywhere and anytime

Yes it is compulsory that we do all the paaths regularly, if we don't have time sit in one place & do them, we can do them anywhere & anytime.
The paaths which we can do anywhere & anytime are:
* Prathsmaran (when you getup in the morning)
* Manglacharan
* Shree Yamunastakam
* Shree Chturshloki
* Shree Navratnam &
* Shree Siddhant Rahasiyam.
The above paaths we can do anywhere & anytime & the paaths listed below can be done only in front of Shri Thakorji & they are:
* Shree Krishnashrya &
* Shree Madhurashtakam.
This is according to my knowledge that we can do.

Shreesarvottamstotram - the Gayatri of Vaishnav is another important paath falling in second category mentioned by Shri Chirag.
