Jai Shree Krishna,
Vishnu is an incarnation of Shree krishna only. But the one with most similar qualities are Shree Krishna.
the only example is of a deep, if from one deep you light 100 deeps, they all appear to spread light. But still the first one is the original deep.
Govindam Adi purusham, Tam aham bhajami.
Thus krisha is the original person.
Please even if others can answer this, that would be appreciated.
Thanks

Dear All,
Jai Shree Krishna,
If you read the Purshottam Maas katha then this question is answered. As Mal Maas was first taken to Vishnu and then Vishnu takes him to Thakorji in Golok dhaam. Thus there is a significant difference between Vishnu and Shree Krishna.
Even if you read Garg Samhita you will find that Shree Vishnu takes all the devatas to Gaulok dhaam to meet with shree Krishna, there the Sakhi who is at the gate asks him which Vishnu are you? He replies I am the Vishnu from the Brahmand which was broken by Trivikrama. By this we can see that there are millions and millions of Vishnus, one for every Brahmand. But there is only one Shree Narayan bhagwan and only one Shree Krishna.
This is what I have read, awaiting other vaishnavs views.

Jai Shree Krishna
Anoopji your interpretation has been described by many gobalaks too. Hence Vishnu and Shree Thakorji are two distinct forms, while one forms a part of the other.
