Here is a hint... It is also happens to be among the very first few names of Shree Vallabh in Shree Sarvottam stotra.

The name given to Shree Vallabh upon intiation into Sanyasa is Pramanand. The very second name of Mahaprabhuji is the Sarvottam stotra, the first is Anandaha, and the second is Pramanandaha.

In the philosophy written by a bhagwadia vaishnav it mentions that just before the sanyas Shri Mahaprabhuji changed his dress for the robe of a sanyasi.
His name was dropped and a new name "PURNANAND" was adopted.
So the name you mentioned is after the sanyas?

PURNANAND is the new name adopted.
Many thanks for pointing out the gave error made by me. My apologies to Vaishnavs for misleading regarding the same.
This again highlights the devineness of this Satsang bhoomi. Shree Thakorji always ensures that nothing is misleading nor misunderstood. However this does not mean we can say anything and get away with. My apologies again.
