Jai Shri Krishna,
The "haveli" you mention is a sanatan mandir because the whole complex is shared. One portion contains Shri Ram Mandir, Shiv Mandir, Maataji Mandir and the other portion contains Shri Govardhan nathji's (Shrinathji's) Mandir.
Although the seva kram is as per pushtimargiya tradition, the whole complex is not solely dedicated to Shreenathji. Hence it is Sanatan Hindu Mandir and it is run under the trust.
From my limited understanding, the swaroop of the lord there does not preside on the head of any Vallabhkul Goswami Balak.
The haveli of Shri Lalit Tribhangji, where Shri Vallabhkul, Pu. Shri Rasikvallabh Maharajshri and his family, reside is located in Kenton. Please feel free to contact me for further details.
At present a divine manorath of the saptah for the reading and vachanmruts on the 84 vaishnavs varta is being held by Aapshri at St. Bernadettes School, Clifton Road Kenton, Harrow. Everyday, there are wonderful darshans and manoraths. The last day is on Sunday.
Best Wishes jagdish
