Jai Shri Krishna, Here is the english tranlation so feel free to give your ideas and opinions OK. Meaning. Does this body belong to him who gives us food? Or does it belong to the father who has created it? Does it belong to the mother who has nourished it in her uterus? Does it belong to him who subdues it to himself by strength? Does it belongs to him who purchases it by giving money? Does it belong to the fire which reduces it the ashes? Doea it belong to those animals which make prey for their hunger? Lets see who is first to reply and try explain why too.

Jay Shree KRUSHN. The answer is no to all the question. The body is temporary and the soul uses it in similar manner as the body uses clothes. Shreemad Bhagavad Gita AdhyAya 2, shloka 22 confirms this. The soul assumes different bodies as per his desires. The human form of body is a chance to revive our relationship with BhagavAn Shree KRUSHN and attain His abode where we can perform eternal service to Him. Jay Shree KRUSHN.

Dear Vasantbhai Jai Shree Krishna I am posting the following answer and stand for correction. I have no idea of living entity who have not been blessed with Dixa. But Jeevas with Dixa here: 1.I am a part (ansha) of Bhagwan Krishna. 2.I have been separated from him for innumerable years (thousand of years). 3.Hence I have forgotten Bhagwan Krishna completely. 4.I have not felt the need or the thirst to seek Him and reunite with Him. Now I have come to realize that folly, I am such an embodied soul. Then Bhagwan gives his introduction in order to acknowledge and accept the prepared 'jeevatma'. He only uses two words for himself. 1.I am Bhagwan. I act according to my will. One who has a bond of love with me, I protect. I go and meet that devotee. 2.I am Lord Krishna. One who is the epitome and embodiment of bliss. I annihilate all the sorrows of one who I accept and take into my fold. I give that devotee every happiness. Once the jeevatma learns about Bhagwan, he pledges in front of Him, 'Oh Lord Krishna! My body, its ten sensory organs, this life, my mind, my husband or wife, my children, my family, my house, all my wealth, all my deeds in this life and in the lives hereafter, along with my 'atma' (soul), I surrender to you. You are a their Master. From today nothing is mine, everything is yours. I will use it in your seva for your happiness. I am your servant. Oh Krishna! I am yours. The above was noticed in a website, and credit is given to the original author. I also stand corrected. Vinod Edited by - vinod on October 20 2004 22:18:17
