If I wanted to explain the reason behind and the meaning of Shree Yamunajini Loti Utsav, what is the best way to do this?

Mehool Rajaji, even i had the same query. That What is the Meaning of ShriYamunaji ni Loti Utsav? I would like to add 1 thing in the Braj Bhasha: Pushtimarg ko nistaar SHRIMAHAPRABHU KI VAANI ke bagair sambhav nahi, nahi aur nahi hai. So Where did ShriMahaprabhu, ShriGopinathji, ShriVitthalnathji, ShriSaptaacharya give such orders of doing such type of so called Utsav? kya hum kabhi is vishay me vichar karte hai?????
