i had asked thr same question earlier
Due to constraint of time if we cannot do a full fledged seva or phaats what are the mandatory phaats to be done and is there any fixed time to do so

As per my knowledge ,the minimum mandatory phaat are Mangalacharan, Shri Yamunashtakkam, Chatushloki, Siddhant Rahasaya & Navratnam.
You can do this phaat whenever you get time in whole day, and there is no fix time for doing seva or phaat it's all Upto you that how much time you devote for the same.

Jai Shree Krishna,
If you are facing time problem you can at do these paaths whenever you get time. The paaths you can do anytime in the day are:.
1) Shree Prathasmaran (this you can do in morning when you get up).
2) Shree Manglacharnam.
3) Shree Chatursholki.
4) Shree Navratnam.
5) Shree Siddhanth Rahasyam.
This are the mandatory paaths (according to my knowledge) you can do at your convience.

The mandatory paths which vaishnav's can do anytime in the day according to my knowledge are as follows:
1) Shree prathsmaran, vaishnav can do this when they can get up in morning.
2) Shree Manglacharanam,
3) Shree Yamunashtakam,
4) Shree Chaturshloki,
5) Shree Navratnam &
6) Shree Shiddhant Rahashiyam.
Vaishnav's can do this paath according to their convience & their schedule, whenever they are free.

Jai Shree Krsna,
As the paths are listed above you can even do the paaths while you are travelling n you need to concentrate on wat u r doing. I do my paath while i'm on my way tot he temple or to the supermarket, again i wud say its the mind which is important no the place,god is seeing wat u r doing. So its Ok.

Dear Vaibhav,
The minimum mandatory phatlist i have mentioned above but Shri Sarvottam Stotra containing the various holy names of Shri Vallabh and it can not be done any time for doing this phat we must in Sudhha Avastha.

I agree with wat Jatin has written but for that matter all the paths shud b done in SUDDHA AVASTHA n we shud not have any exceptions at all.

Dear Yoginiben,
You are correct but here i mean to say while you r travelling or when you are going for work on that you can do any the of this paths but Sarvottam Stotra you need a total suddha Avashta you can't chant Sarvottam Stotra Paths on road etc...

I fully agree with thelisted pathha to be performed as mentioned by Jatin,yogini and vaibhav.
However, the most important is to recite all or any one of them with Bhav and undertanding the meaning of each word will give results.
