Here, when Shri Krishna had blown his flute, groups and groups of Gopis had arrived and Shri Rukmaniji stayed deprived of Darshan of Shri Prabhu..

The information stated is absolutely true.
So it is considered as Vraj Sthali, becoz when SHri Krishan blew the flute, none of the patranis from dwarka could come for raas so then all the vraj bhakt from Vraj mandal had been called and then raas was taken at that place.
So it is an divya place.
