I m residing at borivali, can anyone guide about were can i get 'Saaj' made for my temple.

In Borivli did u try at shyamkunj haveli on Chandavarkar Road Borivli (w). Ask the shop keeper who has a shringaar shop near the haveli and he will or might help u. All the best. Do tell us. We will other wise give u other options.
