The Vaishanv Maha Sammelan - A brief overview

With the Blessing of Shree Tahkorji and Vallabhkul agyaan, I was fortunate enough to attend this unique gathering of Vaishanv acharyas and Vidwans. I submit below a very brief overview of the event, more details and photos will be uploaded shortly....

The Threeday event started on the 11th of March amidst tight security thanks to Varanasi blast.

Among the Vallabhkul Gobalaks, PPG 108 Shree Vallabhraiji of  Surat, PPG 108 Shree Raghunathlalaji of Nasik and PPG 108 Shree Ajay Bawashree of Chennai (Madras) participated in the Sammelan

Various athor Acharyas and Peetadeeshwars were present during the occasion. The Ramanuj sampaday was represented by the Jeers, The Madhav sampraday was represented by Udipi math peethadeeshwar and there were various representatives of Nimbark,  Swaminarayan etc.

At the outlook the gathering was good, were in the entire Vaishnav sampradays had qualitative representation and many knowlegable vidvans presented their perspective ranging from Judges to Kathakaars and Shastrijis.

On the whole all the samprdays highlighted their own beliefs and the common groung with in their distinctiveness. The ambience was that of togetherness and reciprocaton. As a first step towards protection and spreading of Shree Vaishnavism, the atitiude of all present was very postive and most important was the willingness to move forward together,rather than as individual forces.
