Very true, Badshah Akbar was not a Pushtimargiya Vaishnav, and the same has not been said eitehr by me or Vasant bhai either. He honoured Pushtimarg and the Aachryas.
I take this oppotunity to request Vaishnav members to avoid addressing individuals and share information that would enlighten other vaishnavs, increase their bhaav and take them a step closer to Shree Thakorji. Tan Sen was a muslim and he adopted pushtimarg and sang beautiful kirtans
Lets see who can write the first one sang by Him.

Let me write atleast one of the kirtans sang by Tan Sen and all can join in if they know any other
Tere kach bithure mano nav dhan udai Aaye dasan jyoti dhamini darsaati
Ta par Bhohe danush boond surat saram hi barkhat pani,
Romavali kidho harit bhumi par suvan bani taseye bolat peek bani
Tapar reje 'Tan Sen" ke Prabhu Aang Aang sarsaani.
Please do not ask me the meaning, as these kirtans of Tan Sen are hard to understand hence will really appreciate if one of the Mahanubhavi vaishnavs can explain same in simple english.
