Jai Shri Krishna,
Bhai, no need for apologies... your ways of explaning are very good and no feelings are hurt - this is afterall satsang and if we don't ask such questions then we don't stand a chance of progressing. You are absolutely very right about seeking relevant guidance from one's guru-grah and more so about the nature of the website being open, etc...
i am very grateful for this discussion, as it is raising further very interesting points which are being answered in such a wonderful way. Thanks to Jayvin bhai for raising this query for the same.
Also, thank you for the very positive encouragement and ofcourse the continued further insights.
I would not be posting the whole pustak, but only very specific pages which contain chitras with their descriptions to give us an idea of the types of vastras, etc available. However, Shreekant bhai, i take your point very positively and will make relevant scans available for interested vaishnavs privately. But will certainly refrain from posting them online and continue to emphasise the same point that in following their seva pranalika, the vaishnavs should consult with their guru-grah first and foremost.
i hope there will be more curiousity here and others will come forward to raise their queries and clear any doubts here...
Best Wishes jagdish

Jai Shree Krishna
Kavitha ben, reg. application of wax on Shree Mastak, it actually depends of the swaroopa and also the size of the swaroopa. If the swaroopa is very small, then there is no option but to place the Paag etc. only by applying moum, however, care must be taken that the moum is applied on the paag, etc. and is very soft (moum will become soft if you take and pull it in small lumps -very similar to the way in which we soften papad no loat) and is of just the required minimal quantity only.
Care must be taken that when we vado(remove) shrungaar, no moum is left on Shree ang.
