what is the significance of kashumba chhath?

jay shree krishna! on kasumbha chatt,thakurji wears red clothes & red(manik) shringar 1st time after the end of summer. on this day,red samagri is made for thakurji & it also marks the end of ful-mandali with thakurji sitting in kasumbh-mandali in the evening.

Jayshrikrishna, Thankyou Navneet bhai. now what is a kasumbh-mandli? what kind of red samagri ? when in summer Shri Thakorji do not wear red cloths? July 12 th is kashumbha chatt & here in us. it is very hot, we still can't do ful-mandli any more?

Jai Jai ShriGokulesh, First of all Badhaai to all for Kasumba Chhat. Kasumba Chhat is also a another utsav of "ShastiPangadu of ShriLakshmanlalji's utsav Shasti Pangadu is a Telangi Word (this is famous in shrivallabhkul and south india), Meas the utsav of Chatti - 6th day of birth, which then called as pindaru. This utsav of shastipangadu was first started by shriaacharyaji to celebrate the birthday of aapshri father shrilakshman bhattji, which is still continued till today. The manorath of Kasumba Chatt was first been celebrated by Pratam Kumar ShriGiridharji, made nischay of varsha rutu which was the 1st utsav been celebrated on the starting of the year (braj year, starting from chaitra). Kasumba means the reddish like colour. which from this day started to be done angikaar to shrithakurji in pichvaai, vastras. Vallabaakhya's 21st tuk
