i subscribed to the fortnightly vaartas and sikshapatra but it didnt come in my inbox pls tell me the reason

Dear Nikunj, Jai Shri Krishna. Vartas and Shikshapatras are now not sent into the mailbox. Instead, you are sent a reminder to your email address about it and then you are told to click a link from where you can read new Vartas or Shikshapatras. Jai Shri Krishna, Anand Majethia (President)
