Jai Shri Krishna !!
Who is to be credited with dividing the Bhagavad Gitaji into Eighteen Chapters? Is there a particular reason for this division?

Dear Prakash bhai, According to my knowledge,I think Arjun is to be credited on be half of all jeev(souls)
as we all jeevs do not understand stright forward the moral of Shri Bhagvad Gitaji; therefore it became
necessary for the Division to take place in 18 chapters,to explain karma-yog ,Bhakti-yog,Gnan and
moksh.
Please correct me if i m wrong.
