Jai Shri Krishna,
I had once read that Seva should be done with total selflessness....even the desire of attaining Golok/Lila Pravesh should not be in a Vaishnav's mind while doing Seva.

All the four BHAV,Seva, Satsang and Kripa of Thakurji are important.Kripa of Thakurji can only be achieved by Bhav,Seva,and Satsang.

Yes the 4 are important.
Bhav changes in form but always there.
Seva pertains to our time spent in preparation and the actual seva itself, and satsang is our time spent in understanding the intricasies of our marg in our free time. With this, one is in continuous meditation of Thakurji, leading to Shree Thakorjis kripa.
Desiring of Thakurji is not selfishness. On the other hand, our desire for him will lead us to being selfless.

I would give importance to bhav ie love for shriji) i think without bhav a vaishnav will not get inclined towards seva or satsang or even visiting a haveli or taking interest in their own house seva if he has no Bhav, i think it is the first step or the very root of our pushti sampraday that a person should do the seva with Bhav. As Shri Vallabhacharya says in his preaching you do the seva of lord with whatever you have as thakorji will never demand from you that he wants this or that or he has to served daily a particular samagri he says even if you have misri or doodh and serve it as makhan puri or basundhi, thakorji will accept it as that, so here it is your bhav of serving the thakorji is very important.

Under present circumstances, realisation of Bhav does not come so easily. The concept of our marg, though very simple is not easily understood by many. Bhav while it may come naturally to some, it may need to be kindled in many. This kindling of bhav can take please through Satsang or through Seva itself. Hence the need to experience all the 4 is important.
In fact though they exist differently, they eventualy lead to only one experience : Thakurjis leela

Dear Anand,
My answer is All of above, as what shreekant said bhav is not comes so easily in present circumstances i.e. not correct because in present circumstances also there are so many vaishnavs who has sanubhav with thakorji who is chatting daily with thakorji .
The Bhav will come only when you do seva from your heart for thakorji not with the mindset that thakorji will fulfilled your wish if you do seva daily.
For doing seva with bhav you need to have satsang with vaishnavs or read books of Shri Mahaprabhuji, Shri Gusaiji 84/252 vaishnavs vartas books from that you will be able get lots of thinks.
And Finally when you do Seva with Bhav , Daily satsang you will get Kripa of Thakorji .
And a vaishnav our aim will only one i.e. to get janma in vaishnav parivar again and again where we get seva of SHRI THAKORJI our aim should bethis only not lila pravesh becasue in GOLOKDHAM you may be or may not get the seva of Shri Thakorjis SHRI ANG SEVA
