Jai Shri Krishna,

In my humble opinion, I do not see any reason as to why we should not sing Radha Rani' song. She is considered to be the dear most to Lord Shri Krishna.

However, I too have not figured it as why there has been not much importance to Shrimati Radha Rani in Pushtimarg ( may be I do not have sufficient knowledge). Might be because Radha Rani hasnt come into the life of the Bal Swaroop of Krishna which is predominantly worshipped in PushtiMarg

Jai Shree Krishna!!!

I dont find anything wrong in singing Shri Radharani's bhajan coz our Thakurji Shri Krishna also always chants Her name.... N Prakashji I dont agree with your last sentence bcoz Shri Radhaji was present in Vraj before Shri Krishna born so she was present in His childhood also...

Jai Shree Krishna!!

Jai Shree Krishna!!

There is atleast one song Shri Krishna Mansi Pooja (widely sung in Pushtikul) that frequently mentions the name of Shrimati Radha Rani.

Also, Monicaji, I didnt mean to tell that Radhaji was not physically present in Vraj. What I intended to mean was that the meeting between Radhaji and Shri Krishna might have not taken place in the Bal Swaroop that we widely worship in Pushti Dharam

Regards
Prakash

My Humble Obeisances to all the devotees ||
one can take name of radharaniji but radharanji is known as sriswaminiji in pustisampraday.
i will like to add a point there that pasttimes of radhaji are very intricate  and not easy to understand.
there are so many granthas which have different different explainations and descriptions about radhaji
some say even that radhajii and sri krishna married in their childhood.balrama arranged their marriage in presence of many demigods.
so it is tough to come to a  common conclusion about radharani
mahaprabhuji have not mentioned name of radharani either in his shodash granth or srimadhurashtakam etc.
first of all we should follow instructions  given by mahaprabhuji , then after being advanced , following those instructions it will be easy to feel bhavas related to radhaji
one can say that surdasji have mentioned about radhaji and rest of ast sakha have also mentioned but point  to be noted here is that they all were advanced souls and were "rasiks"
if we remember one of vartas , mahaprabhuji stopped surdasji, singing  description of nandalay.
it could not be told to, everybody present there.
people have tendency to misinterpret the things and that may be an offense against lotus feet of krishna. thats why reading about radhaji is not recommended, in starting, by most of the devotees.
If one is really keen to know about radhaji then he/she should be in association wirth tadrashiya vaisnav  and should request humbly to his/her  lotus feet to know about swaminiji.
one thing is sure-radharani is internal potency of krishna and rest all is their leela.

o sri vallabhpriya vaisnavas!! i am fallen soul and very much in learning process  if i have committed any offense against lotus feet of krsna and those of any devotee then please forgive me
and please correct me.

Jai Shri Krishna!!!

I would like to share the information i have on this

some say even that radhajii and sri krishna married in their childhood

Yes Shri Radhaji n Shri Thakurji married each other just a night in presence of Gods before Shri Krishna was leaving Vraj n leaviong for Mathura...

N Shrii Krishna offered His Vaijantimala to Shri Radhaji n Shri Radhaji offered Tulsi-shyam mala to Shri Krishna which both of Them kept with each other... When Shri Krishna married Rukhminiji He first offered tht Tulsi-Shyam mala to her.

Jai Shree Krishna!!

What is said in Shrimad Bhagwat is the truth. So may any one says anything is not authentic. So we should first read ourself the scriptures of Shrimad Bhagwat, and then decide.

Jai Shree Krishna
To the best of my knowledge Pushtimarg does not limit one to the wordhip of Shree Thakorji alone, but the seva of Shree Swaminiji too hasbeen of egual importance.
The kirtans of our sampraday evidently show the worship of Shree swaminiji - Shree Radhaji. Especially the kirtans of hindola always are about the Jugal swarop of Shree Swaminiji and Shree Thakorji.
WE should remember that  After Nanadamahotsav, the next big utsav of our marg is Radhashtami.
Hence there is no such thing as Shree Radhaji not being involved in Pushtimarg.

Regarding Shree Mahaprabhuji, please remember that one the names of  Shree Mahaprabhuji in Shree Sarvotaam stotra is PRATIKSHANA NIUNJASTHA LEELA RAS SUPURITAHA : And no leelas of Shree prabhu are devoid of Shree Swaminiji.

On the contrary in Pushtimarg, we do not  See Shree Thakorji and Shree Swaminiji as separate rntities,  but are one on the whole (but one always complimenting the other) - Shree Thakorji bering Stree gud bhavatmak and Shree Swaminji being Pu gud bhavatmak.  ie. In the swaroopaof Shree Thakorji , Shree Swaminiji is present in the fomr of gaun bhaav, aand In the Swarooopa of Shree Swaminiji Shree thakorji is present as gaun bhaav.
This is the beuty of our Marg, Shree Mahaprabhuji has infact never presented the dual swaroopas one with out the other.

Sadly such confusions arise today, only because of  lot of misinterprestations about this wondeerful devine understanding that pushtimarg follows.

Regarding not reciting of bhajans of Shree Radharni....we as followers of Pushtibhakthimarga we adhare to the dhol pads that highlight/adhere to the siddhants preached by Shree Mahaprabhuji, hence other bhajans are not sung. We do not sing bhajans of Shree Meera bai too, why ? Because here in again, there is deviation from the Nissadhan bhakti preached by our Shree Mahaprabhuji. And most of the Radharaani bhajans to have such deviations, hence are not a part of our bhajan kirtan curriculam.

There is no way you can not chant Radhaji's name. Without Radhaji there is no existence of Lord Shri Krishna. In Shiksha Patra  it is said that to gain influence on Krishna Bhakti one must preach Radhaji's first and then thru her one can reach Lord. So pls. go ahead and start chanting Radha name as much as u like.

Jai Shri Krishna
